Shipping Policy
We deliver across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates — including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.
We aim to dispatch all paid delivery orders the same working day (Monday - Friday), providing your order has been received before 4pm. Excluding Bank Holidays where orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
As soon as your order is placed on USEDIFI, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
Saturday Delivery is a premium service and not a service set as standard. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please select this option at the checkout.
Deliveries can take place from 8am till 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Next Working Day delivery excludes weekends and Bank Holidays
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and refuse any damaged goods. If you are unable to check, please sign for your goods as unchecked and contact us with any issues found at this stage.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing accessories, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the device and packaging for verification.
Returns and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.
- The product is in the same condition as received, with all factory accessories and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Devices damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents.
- Items that have been serviced, altered, or tampered with after delivery.
- Clearance or “as-is” items clearly marked non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will arrange pickup or drop-off instructions depending on your location.
- Returned items will undergo inspection by our quality team.
Upon approval, we will issue:
- Replacement device, when available, or
- Refund processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
